My husband just kept raving about it over and over.

Wow! I made just a few changes based on what I had in my kitchen: 1.I used regular Chili Powder instead of Ancho Chilie Powder 2.I didn't measure out the Poblano Pepper I just used the whole thing 3.I had one can of Light Kidney Beans and one can of Dark Kidney Beans. Overall it's a great "starter" recipe. It's a good beginning, but needs a lot of additions to make it great. I definitely should have used beer i liked vs, beer that was in the cooler.

This was really good, easy to make, and went together fast. annrms. Put some corn chips in your bowl pour chili on top then cheese!

And with so little tomato product it was like beef soup with cinnamon.

I very rarely change them ( except to make it gluten free). The package of 95% lean ground beef was one pound so I used it all. for family night...no guests. This was an amazing chili recipe. Definitely a keeper! Reduce heat to medium-high.

I've never made chili before but this turned out so well that I'll think we'll keep it in the rotation. We like more spice so we kicked it up a notch and added different amounts of beans. Hot chili is a very underrated summer menu item.

Everyone has their own idea of what chili should be, so start with this and make your changes accordingly. This was delicious served with corn muffins. This was very good.
