I average 140bpm on Lionheart, but my Vivoactive during the same session reports average 120ish, which I know is more accurate.

The F45 Lionheart reports that my heart rate does not go above 156 bpm even though I know when running I often sit at 160+ quite comfortably and trust me in some sessions I must be at my VO2 max! In any case, an absolute number of calories is not that important, knowing that you have burned more today and how much more is useful enough. I like the analytics, good measure of progress but would like to see more graph and charting options provided.

I like being able to compete within the session, seeing mine and others’ readings - great idea! My lionheart isn't showing up anymore on the TV.
